I have many 2 part .bin and .cue file sets.
Is it possible to join the .bin files? If so, how?
Assuming the above works directly, would you just copy and paste the track info, etc. in the .cue files?

AFAIK, it can't be done. a bin file is a disk image, a cue file is simply some instructions used by the bruning program.
Your best bet would be to extract the contents from the bin images using isobuster. You can then join together whatever you like.
