  1. Hello everybody,
    hope you can help,i am trying to open an avi.file with
    virtual dub,but all i am getting is MPEG IMPORT FILTER UNEXPECTED END OF FILE.
    HOW DO I SOLVE THIS?
    PLEASE HELP

    usually this means a MPEG file has been improperly joined or has had a glitch somewhere along the line - media player usually ignores these errors and tries to decode as many packets as possible
    to allow VirtualDub to open this file - click File >>open

    tick the pop-up extended open options

    and then tick - accept partial MPEG streams

    VirtualDub will then read in all of the mpeg it can - usually you will be missing some pf the end
