    I ripped tri gun using smart ripper and then tried to convert it to Vcd using TMPGenc wtiht the usaul settings I use for any other dvd I convert. 29.97 frames, 1150 bitrate, audio works fine but the image is blocky and in jups as if I need to do something with a 3:2 pull down or something. Has any one tried to convert anime and run nto these problems and if so can you tell me how you got around it.
