Wintv USB (1.1) - help capture VGA format (640x480) 15 fps?

Hi,

Hauppauge Wintv USB Pal B/G.
XP Pro, 256 MB, 4 GB free.

I can capture at 25 fps with iuvcr at 352x288, compresed with divx. Not bad, but zoran web (producer of usbvision, capture chip of the card) expose that can capture VGA format at 15 fps.

No program detect de config. I have to modify the .reg? Some suggestions about program-codec-soft-driver?
