  1. Like the title says I want to convert a SVCD file to VCD(quality loss I know...) Anywayz; I can't open the mpeg2 file in TMPGEnc nor in Virtualdub, what can I do??

    1. Look in the convert section.
    2. Look in the various guides on this site.
    3. Do a search.

    This has been covered many times before.
