I just recently downloaded a nice Blade AVI and I when I checked the video for errors using Virtualdub it gave me the following message "85 frames masked, 2bad frames 83 good but undecodable". Is this copy of Blade a good candidate for encoding to SVCD? How can i fix or delete the bad frames.
thanks in advance,

Once you have checked the file for bad frames, those that it determines to be bad or undecodable are "masked". So save the file with a new name, using direct stream copy for the video and audio, and it will save the new avi file minus the masked (bad and undecodable) frames.Originally Posted by videocheez
