I want to capture still images of each frame of a video in AVI format. Does anyone know of a program that can automatically do this for me??
The video has a slow framerate, as it is a security camera video.
Can anyone help me?

Open it in Virtualdubmpeg-2, then click on File -> Save Image Sequence
