    I have a VCD that i made, when i watch it on my home dvd player i've noticed that there seems to be part of the picture missing around the edge.
    Am i supposed to add a small border when encoding in TMPGEnc?

    Did you encode at "Full screen> keep aspect ratio"

    Yeah, don't use Full Screen, BUT use Full screen (keep aspect ratio).
