Difference: ATI Radeon Vs ATI All In Wonder?

I'm looking for a capture card to capture from VHS and TV and don't want to buy the wrong one.

Don't worry I am not asking which specific one to get-

But I have been searching this site for a couple hours now trying to find the difference between ATI Radeon Vs ATI All In Wonder?

From what I do understand one might be just for video games? And I don't need anything like that.

ATI uses All-in-Wonder (AIW) generically for all its cards which have the TV tuner. SFAIK all AIW cards use the same Rage Theater chip for video capture, some of the newer models use a Digital tuner about which there are mixed reviews.

Some have said the older AIW cards actually give better quality.

Newer cards are far better for video games, however capture abilities are virtually identical.
