I know there isn't a best. But what are the better softwares that support overburning? Does Nero?

Oh. Okay. Guess I just never noticed. How do you enable it? Or is it always enabled?

Click on File, Preferences and Expert Features. You can then set it so that it will overburn. You will also have to make sure your writer supports overburning.
