  1. Ok I used TMPGenc to convert an downloaded avi to MPEG-2. Then I used SpruceUp and authured the movie. Now I just need to place it on to a DVD-RW. However every burning program I try using asks for the files (VOB etc.) in the video folder that the authoring tool has used. But I don't see these files anywhere. Do I need to use any more software to extract these files to a video_ts folder?

  3. well you can use my dvd or ulead dvd moviefactory to burn the mpeg to dvd. or you can use TMPGEnc and seperate the audio and video form your mpeg. then download ifoedit and auther a dvd that way and now you can use nero to burn your new dvd files........

    When you have authored with SPruceUp, click the Export button. In the output to drop down list select title set. The output destination folder path option now becomes available. Select where you want your files to be created and click Write. Spruce will now create the VIDOE_TS and AUDIO_TS folders with all the vob and Ifo files you need. When it has finsihed (it takes a while) you can use thse to burn your DVD.
