    fastest ? prob cce or ligos ... best cce or tmpgenc or Heuris , fast and good cce and main concept ..

    other software encoders : procorder, vitec, Honestech, neo, Heuris, Digigami, Xing, mpeg repair (pixel tools).

    im sure i forgot some...

    whats the rush anyway and whats your budget.

    best for the money is tmpgenc (one of the best period) ..
    best for speed vs. cost (and still decent quality) - main concept
