On my friends computer when I try to burn a bin/cue file with vcdeasy as soon as I hit the burn button it goes and acts like it is burning the cd and then 1 second later it reboots the computer spontaneously i've uninstalled and reinstalled vcdeasy and also have tried to force the driver to every different one. On the CDRDAO site it recommends the generic-mmc-raw for the lite-on 40X12X48. It is on windows XP also.
I have a plextor burner and also an old memorex burner and haven't experienced this problem before so I'm kind of stuck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
TIA!!!

The generic-mmc-raw should be the correct setting.
Try installing the ForceASPI drivers then REBOOTing once and see if that makes a difference.
