  1. Damn i'm not a newbie

I'm using Adobe Premiere 6.0 to capture and edit my homevideo's from my digivideocam.
Then i'm export the audio and the video separately (i can't export audio and video at once otherwise premiere crashes :/ )
I export them as DVD (PAL/NTSC) because i want to burn it on a dvd.
With Nero i can't burn DVD video's, in the wizard the option is grayed out.
I then use ULEAD DVD Workshop to burn the video, but it says that it burns the successfully but then i get a "blank written" disc. When i put the dvd in the DVD player it says "no disc" and when i put it in the dvd player (pc) it says that it's a blank disc, but in ULEAD DVD Workshop it says that the dvd is 2.8Gb big (with 0 available space).

Yeah i know it's all weird.

What i want to know is, how can i get my audio and movie files burned successfully on a DVD ?
Thanx in advance for the help.

Try make a VIDEO_TS folder on your harddrive with Workshop, select Create DVD Directory in the last finish step. Then burn the folder to a DVD with nero or instantdvd, www.vcdhelp.com/author#dvdburn . You can also test play the VIDEO_TS folder with PowerDVD or WinDVD to see if it works okey.

  3. Thanx a lot for the reply, this is what i'm looking for. Bad thing is that i'm at work.

One thing. When i try to play the movie file that's Ulead created it's all garbage (sound is good but picture is f'ked up).

I even tried Pinnacle (Studio blablabla) but it wants to burn the dvi (13 gigs) file on the dvd rom. And the video is 1 hour long....hell i don't understand why it calculates the size but not the length (like Nero does)...

I'll try this later tonight and let you know...thanx a lot !
