CBC Gem Different 1080p Streams

The current tools/scripts out there all get the 29fps version of shows/episodes from CBC GEM. These have popped up, appear to be non-transcoded and correct fps of 23.976. Anyone know if its a different device, manifesttype or something non-hls to get these?
