    Gents,
I have 3 external HDDs with my personal movie collection.

I would like to have them all connected to my tv,but alas,i only have 2 usb inputs.

    Is there a way?.....Splitter?

If not, i guess i will need a media player with 3 usb inputs.

Then my next dilemma is which one to choose, some of my files are 30gb in size, and im on a budget.

    Thoughts?...appreciate you all.

A "splitter" USB hub should work if the TV can manage more USB storage devices.
If those HDD drives are portable USB powered you need a Powered USB HUB
Even a USB 2.0 hub will be sufficient, and most TV's still have only USB 2.0 ports.
Besides a dedicated media player, another possible option is playing your media from a network share / DLNA server using a PC or other network device.

  3. As already 'The_Doman' wrote - you need USB HUB, go for powered one and also search hub supporting 'speed translation' - they are usually higher quality (more stable).

  5. Be aware, even with a USB hub, the TV may not be able to recognize or use more than ONE USB storage device at a time on the same TV USB port so you might end up having to plug/unplug the external USB devices anyway. If that is the case then a different route using a manual USB SWITCH may be the only way to make that work.. manual USB port switches are often used in the case of two or more PCs sharing one or multiple USB devices.
