I need to update it i believe for a new bluray i bought / aacs issue i think, the site is down is it normal maintenance or else ?

I used a couple of sites to check MakeMKV's website status. One said it has been down for a week. The site has a history of frequent outages. I am not surprised, as it is hosted in Russia.

A music video site I belong to is also down.....and has had frequent outages recently.

There is also a MakeMKV beta from June of this year available for download at VideoHelp's product page for MakeMKV. The current temporary key is there too.

If you bought MakeMKV, your license key should also work.

I did not test the June download & I have the Download MakeMKV 1.18.3 Beta Windows .
It still works. I usually wait for the "too old" message before I update.

Just checked and makemkv site is up and running.

For future reference. While the site was down, it showed Error 525 which is a Cloudflare SSL Certificate / Handshake specific code. There's also a non-Cloudflare Expired / Missing SSL Certificate message that I don't believe it has an Error XXX number.
