Hey, I have digital 8 camcorder tapes.
I played it in NTSC camera. It works perfectly. But while capturing by software, there is lack of color.
And some time color goes white and black if I change capture device.
I used all methods I know but no way to capture with color.
    Is there any suggestion!

Let me get this straight, By saying capturing, you're not capturing the analogue output of the camcorder, are you? If these are Digital8 tapes they should be 100% digital so all you need is a computer with firewire port and a piece of software like Sclive, The resulting files will be in DV format about 13GB per hour an exact match of what's on the tape.

While capturing via FireWire would be the ideal solution, there may be several reasons why it is not feasible in certain situations.
Since your location is Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, which originally uses the PAL system, I suspect there is a mismatch between the camcorder's TV output and the capture card settings.
Is your camera really NTSC or is it a PAL model with NTSC playback?
If it IS a PAL model there should be options for playback NTSC tapes.
Playback on PAL TV(PAL60) or Playback on NTSC (4.43) TV.
Try various video modes with your capture devices if it makes any difference?
What camera and capture devices are you using?

My tapes are NTSC, and camera digital8 is NTSC. The device is happougge. Which can give access to select color system. But all are same result.

    It is really wierd issue.

It won't be so weird if you install a FireWire card, or use an older computer with a built-in FireWire port, and use that to capture the video. Then you'll get a 100% exact digital copy of what's on the tape. Any capture device connected to the camcorder's composite or S-video output is going to result in degraded quality compared to that.
