Question about getting 4K cookies for streaming sites on PC

Can someone explain how to get 4K cookies for streaming sites exclusively on a PC (windows) ? If cookies aren't the right way, is there another method that works ?I tried using ⁠.prd⁠ files with Unshackle and VT on my PC, but the quality caps out at 1080p with Dolby Digital 5.1.

But you'll need a lot more than a cookie to be able to download 4K content, plus you do know Amazon are suspending and revoking accounts ? Even for a single download.

An app that is capable of making the correct challenge for 4K keys, a whitelisted SL3K prd or whitelisted L1 cdm.

If you cant afford to lose your account and Prime membership, dont even attempt this.

Thanks for clarifying. I actually already have a whitelisted SL3K PRD ready to go. Could you point me in the right direction regarding exactly which app or tool I need to use to handle the challenge and key exchange?

For hardware, I currently have a PC, an iOS device, and the Fire TV Stick 4K Plus. Also, I completely understand the risks and honestly don't mind if the test account gets banned—I am genuinely just trying to learn how this ecosystem and DRM structure works. Any guidance would be highly appreciated!
