I thank you to tell me what a program free against malware may I use to clean some virus.

This is a question that requires a long answer.
You will get many opinions on this.
If you have a stubborn virus problem.
Several antivirus companies have an outside of Windows virus download that can be written to a CD & sometimes a flash drive.
You boot with the CD or flash drive & run the antivirus outside your OS.
Several also offer an online scan. -
Use Malwarebytes.

Scanning and removal are free. -
If you are using Windows, let Microsoft Defender do the work. I have been using it over the past 20 years.
All the other programs I used in the past years were worthless and caused my computer to have all kinds of problems.
In short, DON'T use Malware apps.
