Newbie, Applian replay media catcher

The demo version worked brilliantly so I bought the activation code for the app.
Since then (about a week ago) absolutely nothing (as in zilch) has downloaded properly. Downloads do not complete, either left in a 'cancelling' state, or 'complete with errors'. The actual downloading process look fine, and it seems to be the the final steps causing the problem.
I've tried different browsers, 3 computers, but the glitch persistently remains.
Applians response has been to issue me a ticket and then seemingly to ignore me.
Can anybody suggest a solution please?

I paid at the time with PayPal, perhaps this is why I got a refund in the end.
