I ran your video through Topaz Video 1.4.0 (April 5, 2026) with these settings:
- Stabilization ON
- Method: Full frame
- Strength: 50
- Rolling Shutter: Apply correction
- Jittery Motion: Apply correction
- # of passes: 2
The stabilization filter analyzes the camera path across frames and compensates for unwanted movement by physically shifting and rotating frames to lock the subject in place. I used Full Frame mode which uses AI to generate fill content along the edges where the shifted frames leave gaps.
Rolling Shutter fixes the distortion from scan lines. Probably wasn't needed in this footage though.
Jittery Motion fixes micro-jitter between neighbouring frames after the stabilization is applied. It could introduce ghosting so probably not worth using on this, but I did anyway.
