No. It is as automated as I can make it.

I cannot make a simple, automated tool for you. If no builds were available and you wanted a build, you would have to compile it yourself.
That would also be true if the author didn't provide builds and only shared source code.

My suggestion is either learn how to compile mkvtoolnix or use the builds provided.
