Could someone help me with YouTube and a “1080p enhanced bitrate” video?

Hello.
I need quality screencaps, so could someone help me get the 1080p file with the premium bitrate? I tried yt-dlp without success (with my limited understanding of commands). Download Helper on Firefox worked, but there is a huge watermark at the bottom left of the video...

You need a Youtube premium account's cookies and use it with latest yt-dlp for download the video

use this chrome extention for get youtube cookies

1. install this extention : https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/cclelndahbckbenkjhflpdbgdldlbecc
2. visit youtube.com in browser and signup with your google account
3. export cookies as txt using the above extention

use this format :

1. to fetch qualities
yt-dlp -F https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XO4_Zyi8_ls --cookies "youtube_premium_account_cookies.txt"

2. to download the video
yt-dlp -f {selected_qualities} https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XO4_Zyi8_ls --cookies "youtube_premium_account_cookies.txt"

example :
yt-dlp -f 140+147 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XO4_Zyi8_ls --cookies "youtube_premium_account_cookies.txt"

Thank you for your reply. I have already tried that, but unfortunately it does not work because the premium feed is not detected.
