    @Forum,

    Sorry for asking this question,
    but I really want to know about people experience using TMPGEnc,
    mostly my source is in "Interlaced" 29.97 NTSC format,
    and I really want to convert it to VCD (non standard).

    Ne1 have a "nice" Non-standard NTSC 29.97 VCD template to try,
    my objective is to get the better picture than the standard one.

    interlaced video only looks shitty on a PC moitor.It will be fine on the TV. But, are you sure it's interlaced and not telicined or some kind of hybrid? take a look at this:
