Adobe Encore - calendar template available?

I'm putting together a DVD slideshow of all the best pictures of 2007 and am organizing them into monthly chapters. I would like a template (.psd) that has a 12 calendars all with buttons all set up. Is there a template like this available anywhere? I could always make one, but I'm already spending too much time on the project and want a lazy way out for the menu.

Not exactly what I wanted, but a good start and will save me immense amounts of time.
