When I downloaded the video file from this link using mpd on Nm3u8DL-re I get 720p50 max quality but I see 1080p50 versions floating around the internet how did they get High quality 1080p50 but I see only 720p50. On their release there is mention of Web-DL so I am sure they are not recording from TV.

pip install devine does not work says it cant find it
in pypi.org also i cant see devine there , did they removed it? -
