Problem when a smaller VOB comes before a 1024

I use dvd decrypter, IfoEdit & Rmpeg I can sucessfully make perfect backups when say the vobs are like this
VTS_05_1.VOB - 1024
VTS_05_2.VOB - 1024
VTS_05_3.VOB - 1024
VTS_05_4.VOB - 1024
VTS_05_5.VOB - 1024
VTS_05_6.VOB - 670

But when they are like this the final propduct looks like a bad vcd

VTS_05_1.VOB - 1024
VTS_05_2.VOB - 1024
VTS_05_3.VOB - 360
VTS_05_4.VOB - 1024
VTS_05_5.VOB - 1024
VTS_05_6.VOB - 670
Can anyone help me I know its probably some thing really dumb Im doing answers appreciated.

sorry size is 1048* about a gig anyway
