Convert WAV and mp3 audio files to ps1 vag files software needed

Hi I need some help with this question if anyone can help me with this

Does anyone know of any software that will convert audio files like WAV and mp3 files to ps1 vag files
That is a ps1 format and none of any softwares i have tried support that audio format. so does anyone know of any software were i will be able to convert a load of mp3 and WAV files to ps1 vag files is there any software that does that.

Only wav is allowed as input.

You must first convert the mp3 to wav.
If you want vag (is only mono) as output, you also have to convert the source file to mono.

The command line for vag output is as follows:

psxavenc.exe -t vag input.wav output.vag

For help, type:

psxavenc.exe -h

If you want to process several files, you must write a batch for this.

Hi PROWO HOW DO I CONVERT more than one file then cos you can only convert one WAV to vag file at a time I have got over 100 WAV files how do I convert them to vag files is there a software were I can just drag all the WAV files into a vag software and it converts them all at once to vag files
