I have a question. Sometimes the videos I cut with Smart Cutter have a problem that is very noticeable when I fast forward the video in the media player. Every time I move, the first thing I see is a green frame or the video becomes pixelated and then normal playback continues. It doesn't always happen and it seems to be an origin encoding problem because in other cutted videos with Smart Cutter that doesn't happen. The strangest thing is that this problem happens when I play the videos in MPC-HC, while in VLC Player it plays normally. I thought about using a program like LosslessCut and although I can't get videos with exact cuts, there isn't that problem when playing it in MPC-HC. Can someone explain to me what is really going on? Does Smart Cutter corrupt part of the edited video or what?
