Weird one. Never had this before but when I went to convert a DTS Master Audio file to E-A-C3 (5 channel) Xmedia Recode failed to detect the file. The app found the AC3 commentary but not the dts MA. With this in mind, does anyone have any idea as to how I might resolve the issue please?
I have attached the mediainfo as a .txt...:

    HTML Code:
    Audio #1
    ID : 2
    Format : DTS XLL
    Format/Info : Digital Theater Systems
Commercial name : DTS-HD Master Audio
    Codec ID : A_DTS

    Channel(s) : 6 channels
    Channel layout : C L R Ls Rs LFE
    Sampling rate : 48.0 kHz

  2. I ran into the same problem. Xmedia Recode (ver. 3.6.0.6) won't recognize the DTS-MA track of an mkv file, but it's clearly there when checking it with MediaInfo and MPC-BE.

Weirdly enough it works just fine with a sample video taken from the full one.

I found a really elegant solution in the form of the Nmkoder app, does absolutely everything simply and seamlessly!
