I have TextAloud a tts program , it works fine , tts to .mp3.
But of course the actual speech has "stress and intonation creation" . I dont want any prosody .
I just want a monotone output , ie. ome frequency .
It sounds very robot-ish . Which is exactly what I want .
Monotone , only one frequency out .
Perhaps there is an ancient tts that does that .
Once I have a monotone voice .mp3 , perhaps I can change that 1 frequency to 420 Hz.
So I am asking "can Audacity change the frequency to one I want" .
