problem with infinity+

what do you mean? or the video have drm and then need right key to decrypt, and the video play fine, or wrong key and the video isn't playable. There are no other alternatives

I didn't write it because I asked if a malfunction was possible after several downloads. I have always done the same procedure.

I think @lomero has explained pretty clearly.

A reminder for this thread:

1. Infinity+ -> Subscription -> Against the rule
2. Do you only need one key to one specific video? (No? -> You've come to the wrong place)

I guess the only solution is that, you should PM someone who you trust to solve your question. Otherwise I don't think it's useful to solving your issue.
