Are you sure this works? I tested in edge and the IP, email watermark is still there. It disappears only when the video is paused. I'm editing this file

I edited on the fly and couldn't try after, my browser was blocked for some reason, no it's not working, probably because they are updating the position of elements ?
I implemented the same thing on my own (using part of their source code) and it works
You can see here "Video Player by aqzs" at the bottom when video is played.

It blocked me too until I switched. Try using a proxy + changing browser. I think that debugging the code to see what happens when you pause it, might be ok, considering that the dynamic watermark is gone only then.

Turns out their watermark is a joke. You can get rid of it easily by editing the file and overwriting it

Search for "Video license expired" and get rid of all the if logic blocks that crash the video player. Then go the dynamic html of the page (not the text resource) and search for the node canvas and delete it entirely (there should be only 1 annotation canvas). Then you can record with no privacy issues using obs studio. Here's a ~10 seconds demo

If I can access where you tested it, I'll take a look. It's just a matter of installing the extension, and it's active by default. If you want, it has a switch to disable it.

Without seeing it I can't tell you, maybe they added some more layer of security. To be honest, I only know the demo website that has Vdocipher watermark.
