How to combine audio and video tracks.

Have a good day everybody.
I have video in excellent quality, in Spanish. Can't find in English anywhere.
And the same movie in English short version and average quality.
Please tell me what program or tools i can use to combine audio and video tracks.
To get the movie in English.
I'm trying to cut and merge audio by movie time, but it took very long time and I can't quite match the audio to the video.
Too many and too short cuts in English version.

Extract both audiostreams and match the english audiotream to the spanish one in audacity.
Then mux the matched english audiostream with the spanish videostream.

You have to allign the audio peaks (door closing, shuts aso).
But first you must check, if both videos plays with the same framerate (fps).
