    Hello, I would like to have specific information about an H265 file.
    Max bitrate, buffsize, Gop size...
    Mediainfo does not provide precise information.

    Do you have software that allows this?

    It seems you are looking for an HEVC stream analyzer...
    In this case, there exists at least one, produced by Elecard.
    PERHAPS ffprobe can give you detailed information as well, I cannot confirm nor infirm this,
    hope the ffmpeg gurus chime in soon.
