I don't see an option for this in DVD shrink...
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays!

You have to extract the movie as mpg, recode the lpcm audiostream to ac3, remux the videostream with the ac3 stream to mpg, rebuild the DVD structure wird the new mpg.
