Problem while converting MKV to MP4 with MKVtoMP4

Hello! One of my hobbies is video editing, but the software I'm using (Sony Vegas) does not support MKV videos, so I always convert them to MP4 with MKVtoMP4. I've been using it for years and I know it's not being developed anymore, but words can't describe how much I love it, because it converts relatively quickly and with almost no quality loss, not to mention it's free. (The only other converter I use is HandBrake, but only as last resort, because it's too slow.) Anyway as of quite recently there's a problem when I try to convert with MKVtoMP4. Here's the error log:

Use clever FFmpeg-GUI.
Download it, extract the exe file, start it and follow the instructions.
Then load your video, click main, click multiplex, select mp4 as container, click multiplex.
Done.
