I know you can thin dark lines that are thicker than you want with awarpsharp(depth=??).
Is there an avisynth plugin for adding some thickness to lines that are extremely thin?

For awarpsharp2, negative depth values warp in the opposite way - essentially thicken, positive values thin

Search for dilation - morphological operator - as johnmeyer suggested perhaps simple kernel operand will be sufficient.

What also might be a way, is to use an inverted edemask expand it as much as you need and overlay a black image.
(did that once on some cartoons and it worked nicely)users currently on my ignore list: deadrats, Stears555
