I know that HDD itself is OK and I know, that my recordings of it are too, but I also know, that they are in some kind of strange format, because, If i connect HDD to PC and drag videos, they are playable, but chopped in bits and randomly stiched together - some years ago I already connected this drive to pc and at that time there was only one way to arrange these video files by using some pythoon script, that was waaay above my skills.

So I connected my drive back to Panasonic recorder in special way, bypassing format and continued to use it as normal. But now I have only one option.

The question is, can I use ISObuster to transfare those videos to another hard drive, to be played/edited normally?

Does it make sense to buy the full version of this program?

There is or was a higher (upgrade) version of IsoBuster. A user here by the posting name of jwillis## (I'd have to look up the #s to be more specific) helped the IsoBuster developer work out some additional features for rescuing / extracting videos from Pioneer and some other brands / models of DVDR HDDs. This was considered a huge breakthrough at the time -- a gamechanger. I'd suggest that you look in the Pioneer DVDR section for those topic threads. (But I don't think jwillis## has been active on VH for some time now, so you may not be able to reach him.)
