I have a UDP file with OTA TV recording. How I can convert it to a playable file format, say TS, MKV, MOV, MP4, I don't really care which one.

What device created a udp file? Usually the term UDP is associated with a connectionless network protocol.

Same issue. The ADTH NextGen ATSC 3.0 tuner records programs and saves them to files with a .udp file extension. Here's an example: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1MQzbHfuDqTCCCsU-6HsyHy6ua_MH1HlU/view?usp=sharing

 Much thanks.

	Correct.

 They do.

Was kind of afraid of that. When I first got the box, it saved in very portable .ts files. Now, these. I was hoping someone with a big more experience with video files could have a look. I appreciate it.

from a quick google, it doesnt look like recorded encrypted atsc3 content is able to be played on a different device yet - but others might have more info

 paraphrasing from here
All atsc3 content (encrypted or not) is recorded in udp format, and the encrypted atsc3 channels do a widevine license request every time recorded encrypted atsc3 content is attempted to be played back.

astc1 recorded content is recorded in .ts format
