    How do I convert videos to have 60fps and have the output as gifs? I want something like this except you can select 60fps directly and gifs support up to that amount.

    That's not really what GIFs are meant to be used for (remember, gif spec has not changed since 1989, pre-mpeg era of video).

    Make do with lower fps, or use a different format. Or cheat with frame motion blending (with mixed results).
