ATTENTION PHILIPS VCD 2.0 TOOLKIT USERS!

A brand new TOCSplit utility has been released. This version allows VCD2TK users to use Nero, CDRWin, CDRDAO, and possibly other burner programs with the Toolkit.

Since it's brand new, it may be a little buggy still. Please post your comments and any bug reports here.

Also, this version fixes the problem the earlier version had with processing .cd images with audio tracks. With this version, you don't need to use the splitter.exe utility anymore.
