Hi, the source is a TVrip, 3:2 pull down NTSC. I've been playing around with it, trying to improve it, but I can't seem to find the right technique.
I have a reference result (not my work), so I'm aiming to get something better than this if, at all, possible:

And this is what got my the best results yet (I've tested many different things):
(I could not find a suitable denoiser yet)Code:TFM().TDecimate() vinverse(sstr=2.7, amnt=255, uv=3, scl=0.25) Deblock_QED(quant1=24, quant2=26, aOff1=1, aOff2=1, bOff1=2, bOff2=2, uv=3) Grayscale()

	Just for the fun of it, here's what BasicVSR++ followed by TemporalDegrain does:

 Depending on how smooth is too smooth, BasicVSR++ might be worth a look.

	Thanks, I'll take a look at it, but it seems like it would be way too much for other parts of the film.

 So, I tried this:

 And then, on Premiere ProCode:TFM().TDecimate() Grayscale()

 That was recomended for dotcrawl in Doom9's forum, (that also has, more noticeably, in other parts), and got an overall better result than before. Needs sharpening, but this is the current result:

 But in exchange got this dot pattern now:

 I'd love to get rid of those without causing too much more destruction.

	MCDegrainSharpa also should be a nice alternative to SMDegrain users currently on my ignore list: deadrats, Stears555, marcorocchini

	My contribution, just a quick experiment with DeblockPP7, TemporalDegrain2 and LSFmod:

 original versus filtered: https://imgsli.com/MTI0Nzcw

 reference versus filtered: https://imgsli.com/MTI0Nzcx

 dehaloing (needed) not implemented; adding some grain at the end may help; using CAS instead of LSFmod may improve.
