    the PVR or bin video is recorded on my Smart Tv on a usb - I checked it plays ok on tv - when I plug it into my laptop - I see 3 files - 07.pvr, 07.rfi and 07.bin with alot of data in it. what do I need to doto watch it on my pc ?? I tried opening the 07.bin file with VLC player - does not work , any suggestions please ?

    is there a plugin for VLC that can do it ?

    The video is most likely encrypted to prevent you from doing that.
