i am using dvdx 2.0 to encode a dvd movie that i ripped using smart ripper.
on the output settings, i chose to encode for vcd mpeg and the following settings are required:
video bit rate
audio bit rate
max frame
i also choose custom chapters and it requires to a bitrate.
so my questions, how do i determine the value for these settings?
video bit rate, audio bit rate, max frame, bitrate.

Just select VCD (mpeg 1) and don't change anything concerning bitrate. It will create compliant VCD. If i'm not mistaken, VCD bitrate is 1150kbps and audio has to be stereo, 224kbps.
Frame rate should be 24 i believe (for PAL).
