Hi guys!

Maybe it's very easy and everybody knows but I dammn don't get it, to convert a NTSC SVCD to a PAL VCD in good quality.

I tried the method with extracting the pic & audio with DVD2AVI and then recode them with the TMPEnc (VCD PAL Settings). But as NTSC has 29fps and PAL only 25fps, the picture isn't very good.
About each 5th picture (or something) is strange: it has strange lines... I suppose it's from the downmixing from to pictures into one. Is there any possibility to do this in BETTER/GOOD quality?
