Got it ,one more question can we change
    Name of lavf58.29.100 to anything?
    By editing metadata of video?

  6. mkvtoolnix header editor might be able to overwrite the field, but not totally sure. (never tried it, my guess is that the field is the 'writing application' field which should be editable)
If you use another container another tool will be needed.

  8. You can change it with a hex editor.

    Code:
    General
    Complete name : C:\Purple Pigs\00001 - Copy (2).mp4.avs.mp4
    Format : MPEG-4
    Format profile : Base Media
    Codec ID : isom (isom/iso2/avc1/mp41)
    File size : 49.2 MiB
    Duration : 32 s 334 ms
    Overall bit rate : 12.8 Mb/s
Writing application : I changed it!
But you're limited to the same number of characters when using a hex editor.

Btw if we add so much meta data like
    artist name
    Movie name
    Movie year
    Actress name
Song lyrics etc then will it increases file size?

  13. yes, marginally - such data are optional and from decoder perspective not required to decode content.

  15. That type of metadata is plain text. It's very small compared to the audio and video streams in an A/V file. It may account for few hundred bytes in a GB byte A/V file or a MB mp3 file. It's not worth worrying about. Some other types of metadata, like thumbnails and poster art (images), are bigger but also usually not worth worrying about.
