    What is Richard Heinberg saying at 01:03:22 of this radio broadcast ?

    What I can make out :
    "You know I think we're gonna be able to get used [??] navigators pretty cheap in a few years, you might be able to get one to use as a [??]."

    Could it be... “lawn ornament” ?
    That would make sense in context... as I understand it, he's being mischievous saying that when gasoline prices will begin to really skyrocket, even fancy cars will be barely worth their weight in screws and bolts...
