I have fifteen videos that I am encoding for use on a DVD.
The DVD spec says video field order should be top field first.
The videos are from MiniDV - bottom field first.
I am going from Camera to Premiere to TMPEGenc to Authoring.
If I switch the field order to top field in Premiere, render the AVI, encode with TMPEG with top field first, will that solve the problem?
I started with jittery video on the first burn so switched encoding to bottom field first. Everything was peachy on the second burn.
I don't want to encode bottom field first.
Any takers?

oops - just saw the boldface type under this section that says 'no questions regarding DVD encoding'. Sorry. Disregard
